Site definition

Site means any location, facility, or property as defined under any Environmental Law, whether or not presently or formerly owned or operated by the debtor, including, but not limited to, disposal sites.
Site means the land and other places on, under, in or through which the Works or Temporary Works are to be constructed.
Site means the lands and other places on, under, in or through which the permanent works are to be carried out and any other lands or places provided by the EMPLOYER for the purpose of the CONTRACT.

D&B Co shall reimburse the Authority for all costs and expenses reasonably and properly incurred by the Authority (and/or the legal owner of the Site) in connection with entering into such wayleaves, deeds of easement and grant or other similar agreements at the request of D&B Co.10.

D&B Co shall, in carrying out the Project Operations, have full regard for the safety of all persons on the Site (whether lawfully or not) and keep the Site, the Works and the Facilities in an orderly state, appropriate in accordance with Good Industry Practice, to avoid danger to such persons.


More Definitions of Site

Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
