Site definition

Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
Site means any location, facility, or property as defined under any Environmental Law, whether or not presently or formerly owned or operated by the debtor, including, but not limited to, disposal sites.
Site means the land and other places on, under, in or through which the Works or Temporary Works are to be constructed.

  • The EPCM will ensure that no Personnel of EPCM or any Works Contractor or their Personnel perform any Services or Works on the Site without having successfully completed Owner’s initial Site access requirements, as notified by Owner to EPCM or otherwise in force at the Site, including training in Owner’s Site policies, medical exams and other requirements for Site access set out in Owner’s policies.

  • Owner will have the right, but not the obligation, to (i) exclude EPCM from the Project Site and take possession of all materials thereon; (ii) demand and accept assignment of EPCM’s subcontracts; and/or (iii) finish the Services by whatever reasonable method Owner may deem expedient.

Site means the places provided by the Employer where the Works are to be executed, and any other places specified in the Contract as forming part of the Site.
