Site Facilities. Client shall furnish all site facilities necessary to perform the Work, including water and electrical power.
Site Facilities. The Purchaser will be responsible for providing and maintaining proper fencing, lighting, guarding and watching of all the Contract Works comprised in the Contract Works until Taken Over and the proper provision during a like period of temporary roadways, footways, guards and fences as far as they may be necessary by reason of the Contract Works for the accommodation and protection of the owners and occupiers of adjacent property, public and others. The Purchaser will provide without cost to the Vendor such supplies of electricity, water and gas as may be necessary for the purposes of the Contract Works on Site.
Site Facilities. TerreStar shall be responsible for provisioning the two satellite gateway facilities including the building and associated infrastructure as specified in the System Deployment Plan. The site facilities must be available by [***]. TerreStar shall provide the onsite office space, power, communications, storage, etc for the site installation team. TerreStar shall provide [***] no later than [***]. TerreStar shall provide connectivity to the CALEA and E911 services.
Site Facilities. S.12.1 To enable Seller's obligations under the Contract in respect of Site Work to be expeditiously and properly carried out Buyer will provide the facilities set out in the Contract at no cost to Seller, as and when required; if no such facilities are stated in the Contract, Buyer shall at no cost to Seller provide all facilities and assis- tance required by Seller which may include but shall not be limited to the following:

Site Facilities. 3.6.1 For each Project other than the Proposed Group 1 Project, Supplier shall have the right to require Buyer or Owner to construct Site Facilities in accordance with the Site Facilities Requirements pursuant to the relevant Project Documents upon notice delivered to Buyer prior to the execution of Project Documents. Upon receipt of any such notice, Buyer shall identify the potential location for the Site Facilities, perform a Phase I environmental study on the relevant real property, and provide a copy of such study to Supplier. Supplier shall notify Buyer within one (1) month whether it will proceed with the Site Facilities Lease at that location. If such location is unacceptable to Supplier due to the results of the Phase I environmental study, the Parties shall cooperate, acting reasonably and in good faith, to identify an alternate location, mutually acceptable to the Parties, for the Site Facilities. The Site Facilities Lease shall be executed contemporaneously with the Project Documents.

Site Facilities. 1.6.1 LGL may establish some facilities that can be utilised by Contractors on site, subject to the conditions nominated. The provision of all other services necessary for the execution of Work will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Refer to Section 6 “Special Conditions of Contract” for further details. Refer to Volume 3C for site service drawings.
Site Facilities. 11.3.1 The Contractor’s site facilities shall be kept clean and tidy and maintained in good conditions at all times during the Works.
