Project Site. The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.
Project Site. The location at which the improvements which are the subject of the Work are to be or are being constructed. May also be referred to as “Site.”
Project Site. The Owner will provide, as indicated in the Contract Documents and prior to the Notice to Proceed, the lands upon which the Work is to be performed, rights-of-way for access thereto, and such other lands which are designated for the use of the Contractor. The Contractor shall confine all Work and all associated activities to the easements and other areas designated for the Contractor’s use. The Contractor shall comply with any limits on construction methods and practices which may be required by easement agreements.
Project Site. The “Project Site” is the property upon which the Project lies and District’s property that surrounds the Project, extending to the District’s property boundary.
Project Site. Before ordering any materials or doing any Trade Contractor Work, the Trade Contractor shall verify all existing conditions and measurements at the Project Site and shall be responsible for the correctness of such measurements. Any difference that may be found shall be submitted to the Authority for interpretation before proceeding with the Trade Contractor Work. Any errors due to the Trade Contractor’s failure to so verify all such dimensions or locations shall be promptly rectified by the Trade Contractor without any additional cost to the Authority.
Project Site. On or prior to the date that Supplier is to provide any services relating to the Project at the Project Site, Purchaser shall have obtained the right and authority to have such work performed on the Project Site. To the knowledge of Purchaser, after the completion of reasonable due diligence on the Project Site, the Project Site is free of all hazardous or dangerous materials or substances. All information concerning the Project Site and the wind flow across the Project Site heretofore delivered to Supplier by Purchaser is true, complete and correct in all material respects.
Project Site. Reasonable precautions will be taken to minimize damage to the Project Site from the Contractor’s activities and use of equipment. The Contractor, well in advance of any testing or site investigation, will research and identify the accurate location of all utilities located on the Project Site including the presence and accurate location of hidden or obscured man-made objects known to the City. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to locate any hidden or obscured utilities or other man-made objects which may be on the Project Site, but are unknown to the City.
Project Site. Provide copies of documents identifying environmental conditions affecting the project sites, including any subsurface contamination or environmental problems at the host facility that could affect the project sites.
Project Site. 3.1.1 The Seller shall obtain and maintain the peaceful use and possession of the Project Site and such associated rights as may be necessary for the purposes of undertaking and implementing the Project for the duration of the Facility Unit.
Project Site. Project Site" means the land area on which the Project will actually be sited. The Project Site covers up to 300 acres. A map showing the approximate location of the Project Site is contained in Attachment B: Proposed Site Layout and Attachment C: Proposed Site Layout – Parcel Boundary Overlay.
