Power Generation. Room: This is the dedicated area where the power generation equipment is housed. It may include generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, and other electrical infrastructure necessary for supplying electricity to the plant's operations. Depending on the project's design, renewable energy sources like solar power systems may also be present in this room. Diesel Storage: Diesel fuel is power source in the solar salt plant. The diesel storage area stores the fuel in designated tanks or containers, ensuring an adequate supply for the power generation systems when needed. Pneumatic Facilities: Pneumatic facilities refer to the compressed air systems used in various plant operations. This includes compressors, air receivers, distribution pipes, and control systems that provide compressed air for equipment, control mechanisms, and other pneumatic applications within the plant. Solar Power Control Room: If the solar salt plant incorporates solar power generation, a control room may be present to monitor and manage the solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components of the solar power system. It provides a centralized control point for optimizing and regulating the use of solar energy within the plant. Firefighting System: Fire safety is crucial in any industrial facility. The plant support section houses the necessary firefighting equipment and systems, including fire pumps, fire water storage tanks, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, and other firefighting apparatus. These systems are designed to mitigate the risk of fire incidents and protect the plant’s infrastructure, personnel, and surrounding areas. The plant support section ensures the availability of essential resources, utilities, and safety measures to support the overall operations of the solar salt plant. These facilities are designed and implemented with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
