Time Requirements. The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.
Time Requirements. Executive understands that no reimbursements will be provided under this Section 4.2, unless Executive submits a request for reimbursement in accordance with this Section 4.2 within 6 months after incurring the expense and that any reimbursable expense will be reimbursed not later than six months after submission.

Time Requirements. If the Employer fails to issue a written response within the time limits, the Association may advance the grievance. Time limits referred to in this Article may be waived by mutual agreement in writing.
Time Requirements. 8-1 Each teacher has a professional responsibility to provide the best possible quality instruction to the students. This responsibility extends beyond the classroom and the school day and includes being available to: (a) students and parents for assistance and conferences; (b) for attendance at department and other staff meetings designed to provide meaningful professional growth or to clarify school business in general; and (c) to participate in other school related activities at the request of the administration.
Time Requirements. The Executive agrees that he will devote 80% of his business time and attention during regular business hours to the business affairs of the Company and that during the period of such employment the Executive will not, without the prior permission of the Board of Directors of the Company, engage in any other business enterprise or enterprises which require in excess of 20% of the Executive's time or attention. It is understood that the Executive will perform certain of the services contemplated in this Agreement outside of the Company's offices. The foregoing shall not prevent the purchase, ownership or sale by the Executive of investments or securities of publicly-held companies and any other business which is not competitive and does not have any business relations with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, provided the time or attention devoted by the Executive to such activities does not interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder. 5.
Time Requirements. Within five days after contract award, the Contractor shall submit the following information for clearance for the Contractor’s representative and alternate.
Time Requirements. Your CD will mature on the date set forth on the face of the CD. CD Builder Certificates will have a term of two (2) years.
Time Requirements. Your Flex Rate CD Account will mature on the date set forth on the face of the CD. Flex Rate CDs will have a term of two (2) years or four (4) years.
Time Requirements. 17:1 The employees' normal in-school work day will be seven and one-half (7 1/2) continuous hours. Elementary School hours shall normally fall between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Middle and High School hours shall normally fall between 7:20 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Should bus schedules require an alteration in the starting and ending times listed above, the District and Association will meet to establish times necessary to comply with the bus schedules. The time required will be governed by adding thirty (30) minutes to the student day in the specific work location and may be divided before or after the student day in a manner best suited to building operations. Should the state require an increase in the length of the employee work day, the employees' normal in-school work day will be increased by the same amount of time.
