Locker Access Sample Clauses
The Locker Access clause defines the terms under which individuals are permitted to use and access lockers provided by an organization or facility. Typically, it outlines who is eligible for locker use, the process for obtaining access (such as key or code distribution), and any restrictions on what may be stored. For example, it may prohibit storing hazardous materials or require that lockers be emptied at the end of a term. The core function of this clause is to ensure orderly and secure use of locker facilities, minimizing disputes and clarifying responsibilities for both users and the organization.
