Building Operations. To decorate and to make inspections, repairs, alterations, additions, changes, or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Project, or any part thereof; to enter upon the Premises (after giving Tenant reasonable notice thereof, which may be oral notice, except in cases of real or apparent emergency, in which case no notice shall be required) and, during the continuance of any such work, to temporarily close doors, entryways, public space, and corridors in the Building; to interrupt or temporarily suspend Building services and facilities; to change the name of the Building; and to change the arrangement and location of entrances or passageways, doors, and doorways, corridors, elevators, stairs, restrooms, or other public parts of the Building;

Building Operations. 11.1 The Purchaser and/or his successors in title shall, within a period of 48 (forty eight) months after the date of the first registration of transfer of the Property from the Seller to the Purchaser (or such later date as the Association may direct in writing), commence building operations in respect of a dwelling on the Property, provided that the plans and specifications thereof shall have been approved in terms of clause 10 above.

Landlord may not enter Tenant’s secured areas except in the case of emergency or in the event of a Landlord inspection, in which case Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable prior notice of the specific date and time of such Landlord inspection. As a condition to entry, Landlord shall comply with all procedures established by Tenant to maintain the germ-free and sanitary condition of any secured areas and Landlord’s representatives entering the Premises shall sign the confidentiality agreement that Tenant requires of visitors to the Premises. In addition, Tenant shall have the right and option to cause a Tenant-authorized representative to be present during any such entry by Landlord, its agents, employees and representatives.

The purchaser acknowledges that the development in which the property is situated is not fully developed, that building operations will take place upon adjacent or neighbouring xxxxx or stands and that the said building operations may cause the purchaser certain inconvenience. The purchaser acknowledges that he shall have no claim either as against the seller, developer or against the builder arising out of such building operations.

The Purchaser acknowledges that the Township is not fully developed, that the building operations will take place upon adjacent or neighbouring subdivisions or xxxxx and that the said building operations may cause the Purchaser certain inconvenience. The Purchaser agrees that he shall have no claim either against the Seller or against the builder arising out of such building operations.
Building Operations. ▪ Give close attention to the safe and proper operation of the building and its equipment and initiate remedial action where necessary. ▪ Conduct routine liaison with other branches in connection with maintenance, new installations, alterations, transportation, and radiation hazards control. ▪ Carry out receiving and shipping operations. ▪ Have some supervisory responsibility for up to ten lab attendants or similar grades. ▪ May be authorized to give clearance for maintenance work in certain cases. ▪ To perform other related duties appropriate to this level.
Building Operations. 12.1. Landlord will provide, at its expense, usual and customary services rendered in connection with similar leased commercial property with respect to building operations as set forth in this paragraph. Tenant will take appropriate and reasonable steps to conserve energy in the conduct of its business operations.
