School Work definition

School Work. Days" as used in this Agreement shall mean those days on which employees are scheduled to report for work according to the official District calendar.
School Work is defined as any institution of learning, excluding colleges, provided that the facility does not exceed four (4) floors. This includes related structures such as gymnasiums and administrators’ facilities.

Examples of School Work in a sentence

  • Beginning with the 2002/2003 school year, the Year-Round School Work year shall include one hundred eighty-one (181) work days, made up of one hundred seventy-three (173) instructional days and eight (8) non-instructional days, of which three will be “buy-back” days, adjusted to provide four (4) tracks of approximately sixty (60) days of on-track instruction and twenty (20) days of off-track vacation or intersession.

  • Customer will provide Personnel with orientation of Customer’s policies, procedures and School Work Site specific training.

  • Customer will provide School Work Site specific emergency protocol training for all student’s with a medically related disability.

  • The Official School Work Calendar will be made available on-line to all EMPLOYEES prior to June 1 for the subsequent school year.

  • Amergis is responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring its Personnel as set forth herein to provide temporary staffing Services to Customer, with such Services provided by Personnel under Customer’s management and supervision at a School Work Site or in an environment controlled by Customer, and as permissible by any applicable scope of practice law(s) or standards of nursing.

  • Amergis will remove Personnel from Customer’s School Work Site as requested.

  • Summer School Work, custodians: Custodians on the layoff list (to include employees in reduced hour capacity) shall be offered summer school work on a seniority basis.

  • Maxim is responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring its Personnel as set forth herein to provide temporary staffing Services to Customer, with such Services provided by Personnel under Customer’s management and supervision at a School Work Site or in an environment controlled by Customer, and as permissible by any applicable scope of practice law(s) or standards of nursing.

  • Article III, B, School Work Day and Year Under Teacher Work Time Three (3) teacher work days will be scheduled prior to the first student attendance day.

Related to School Work

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • audiovisual work means a work that consists of a series of related images which impart the impression of motion, with or without accompanying sounds, susceptible of being made visible and, where accompanied by sounds, susceptible of being made audible;

  • aerial work means an aircraft operation in which an aircraft is used for specialised services such as agriculture, construction, photography, surveying, observation and patrol, search and rescue, and aerial advertisement;

  • Hot Work means the performance of welding, thermal or oxygen cutting, grinding, flame heating or any other activities of a similar nature.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
