Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election or referendum.

Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed the number of hours required by legislation to attend the polls in any federal, provincial or municipal election or referendum without deduction from normal daily pay.
Time Off for Elections. Where an employee has scheduled hours of work which, on any municipal or provincial election day, does not afford three (3) consecutive hours to vote while the polls are open, the Employer shall, in consultation with the individual employee concerned, allow the employee such time for voting as is necessary to provide the three (3) consecutive hours. The time allocation shall be four hours on a federal election day.
