Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election or referendum.
Time Off for Elections. Employees shall be allowed the number of hours required by legislation to attend the polls in any federal, provincial or municipal election or referendum without deduction from normal daily pay.

Where an employee has scheduled hours of work which, on any municipal or provincial election day, does not afford three (3) consecutive hours to vote while the polls are open, the Employer shall, in consultation with the individual employee concerned, allow the employee such time for voting as is necessary to provide the three (3) consecutive hours. Time Off for Elections. An employee shall be granted leave without loss of pay to ensure that the employee has four (4) consecutive hours off prior to the close of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, Municipal election or referendum in which the employee is eligible to vote.

The time that the Employer shall allow for voting is at the discretion of the Employer.
Time Off for Elections. An employee who is an elector, shall be allowed three (3) consecutive hours off without loss of pay while the polls are open on polling day for Federal, Provincial or Municipal elections, for the purpose of casting his vote.
