Crisis Intervention Policy Sample Clauses

Crisis Intervention Policy. The Employer and the Union recognize that the nature of the work carried out by employees in some classifications is such that it may not be possible for the employee to obtain prior authorization for the necessary overtime work. In order to facilitate a fair and reasonable administration of this clause, the Employer will draw up a policy defining the circumstances under which employees working in specific positions may undertake overtime work without prior authorization. A copy of the policy will be provided to the Union.
