Time Off for Elections. An employee who is an elector, shall be allowed three (3) consecutive hours off without loss of pay while the polls are open on polling day for Federal, Provincial or Municipal elections, for the purpose of casting their vote.

Time Off for Elections. An If the hours of employment of an employee who is an elector, shall be allowed do not allow for three (3) consecutive hours off without loss of pay while the polls are open on polling day for Federalprovincial, Provincial municipal or Municipal referendum elections and four (4) consecutive hours off while the polls are open on polling day for federal elections, the employee shall be allowed such additional time off for voting as may be necessary to provide those consecutive hours off without the purpose of casting their votededuction from normal daily pay.
