Ten Month Employees. Employees appointed on a regular 10-month basis (those employed for the standard academic year beginning September 1 to June 30) generally receive benefits on a pro rata basis except for holiday pay which will be granted for those holidays that fall during the academic year only.
Ten Month Employees. Regular and probationary ten (10) month employees who have earned wages ten (10) days in the four (4) consecutive calendar weeks immediately preceding Canada Day or Labour Day shall be paid for that statutory holiday.

Ten Month Employees. Ten (10) month employees are required to have two (2) months or the equivalent -- (approximately 43.5 days) -- of non-working, uncompensated time per fiscal year.
Ten Month Employees. Ten month employees shall receive one (1) day's pay for Canada Day (July 1) but no other holiday during July and August, provided that the employee has completed thirty (30) days service before July 1st.
Ten Month Employees. The District shall provide benefits for ten-month employees during the summer months to the same extent as described in “A” above.
Ten Month Employees. Regular ten (10) month Employees who have completed more than six (6) months continuous service shall receive five (5) days paid vacation during the winter break. Regular ten (10) month Employees who assume a twelve (12) month (250-day) job will have their ten-month length of service prorated to determine twelve-month (250-day) vacation allowance. Vacation will be granted accordingly.
Ten Month Employees. Ten (10) month employees shall be considered full-time employees and shall not suffer any loss of rights or benefits under this Agreement.
Ten Month Employees. A. It is understood that the Employer employs some bargaining unit members for ten (10) months only. These Employees generally work from the fall to the spring with approximately two (2) months off in the summer. Such Employees will receive twelve (12) months of insurance and will have sick leave and vacation time pro-rated in ratio to twelve-month Employees.
