Common use of Ten Month Employees Clause in Contracts

Ten Month Employees. Regular ten (10) month Employees who have completed more than six (6) months continuous service shall receive five (5) days paid vacation during the winter break. Regular ten (10) month Employees who assume a twelve (12) month (250-day) job will have their ten-month length of service prorated to determine twelve-month (250-day) vacation allowance. Vacation will be granted accordingly.
