Ten Month Employees. Regular and probationary ten (10) month employees who have earned wages ten (10) days in the four (4) consecutive calendar weeks immediately preceding Canada Day or Labour Day shall be paid for that statutory holiday. This provision shall become effective January 1, 1994.
