Temporary or Seasonal Employees. In the event a temporary, part-time, or seasonal employee is hired as a regular full-time employee, such individual shall serve the full probationary period.
Temporary or Seasonal Employees. Those employed for a specific period of time to supplement full-time staff members. Often work a regularly scheduled work week, but do not exceed 1559 hours annually. They are not eligible for employee benefits.
Temporary or Seasonal Employees. A temporary or seasonal employee, who is retained as a permanent employee, without a break in service, shall accrue vacation leave from date of original appointment.

Employees who are scheduled to work on a periodic basis for a predetermined length of time not to exceed one (1) year, or are otherwise hired to temporarily fill a pre-existing, vacant position. Temporary and seasonal employees are exempt from the provisions of this Agreement.
Temporary or Seasonal Employees. Employees whose positions are basically temporary or seasonal in character and are employed, (1) for not more than sixty-seven (67) working days in any calendar year; or (2) for not more than one hundred (100) working days in any calendar and the employees are under the age of 22, are full-time students enrolled in a non-profit or public educational institution prior to being hired by the Employer, and have indicated, either in an application for employment or by being enrolled at an educational institution for the next academic year or term, an intention to continue as students during or after their temporary employment.
Temporary or Seasonal Employees. Any employee other than those defined in Sections 3.1, 3.3, and 3.4. The purpose of such employees is to provide assistance to complete seasonal temporary projects, assist in peak workloads and other temporary/seasonal work needs of the Employer. Temporary or seasonal employees shall be paid on an hourly basis only and shall not receive any benefits except as they may be applicable under Washington State Department of Retirement Systems rules for retirement contributions.
