Seasonal employee definition

Seasonal employee means an employee whose services are of a seasonal and recurring nature and includes employees who are subject to periodic reassignment to various positions because of the nature of their work.
Seasonal employee means a state employee hired to work during a recurring, annual season with a duration of three months or more, and anticipated to return each season to perform similar work.
Seasonal employee means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.
