Supervision and Conduct. Design-Builder shall schedule and control all persons and entities performing Work and Design Services on-site. In the absence of express written permission to the contrary issued by the ADR, Design-Builder, Design Professional, Subcontractors, and/or those employed by them shall not use UGA or UGAA toilet facilities; nor shall they track dirt or debris of any kind into existing structures and facilities. Violent or threatening behavior, smoking in UGAA or UGA buildings or facilities or within the subject Project structure, profanity, inappropriate dress, lewd or suggestive interaction (or attempted interaction) with students or with UGA or UGAA personnel, possession of alcohol, firearms, or illicit drugs, or other inappropriate conduct is not permitted. UGAA reserves the right to permanently eject from the Property (and from the UGA Campus and any Board of Regents property) Design- Builder, Design Professional, any Subcontractor, or any other person engaged in such conduct if, in UGAA’s sole judgment and discretion, that person exhibits such conduct. In addition to any other reporting requirement imposed by Law or regulation, Design- Builder shall both immediately and formally notify the ADR in writing of all incidents or occurrences involving death, personal injury, fire arms and weapons, and/or threats made on persons or the Work, as well as any communications with public safety or law enforcement officials involving the Project – detailing the incident, its status, and its current outcome.

Supervision and Conduct. LICENSEE shall be responsible for the supervision and control of its employees and agents while on ILLINOIS premises in performing under this Agreement. ILLINOIS and its trustees, employees and agents will not be liable for any claim or loss arising from the use by Facilities by LICENSEE or its employees unless the liability is imposed by law.
Supervision and Conduct. Sponsor shall be responsible for the supervision and control of its participants, employees, and their activities on all University premises when such participants and employees are within the scope of their activities or employment with Sponsor. Supervision and Conduct. The organization or person submitting the contract agrees to comply with the conduct and supervision policy as follows:  The visiting organization must provide safety supervision, including a certified lifeguard for swimming in the pool, if the group plans on using the pool. If group is not able to obtain one, the camp may assist in finding a certified lifeguard at the expense of the group.  Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience other neighboring properties, nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuances upon or about the premises.  Guests shall obey the rules and regulations posted on the premises. These regulations should be contained herein, to include: o Observe 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM (CST) as quiet time so all guests may enjoy a peaceful night of rest. o Assist in conserving energy and water whenever possible. o Walking to and from events as not to slip and fall on rocks. o Observe appropriate dress standards at all times, including swimming apparel. o Observe the 5-mph speed limit while driving on campus. o Leave all properties of the camp as neat and clean as it was found on arrival, or cleaning fees will be added. o Profanity, obscenities, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products are not permitted. o Use or possession of illicit drugs will result in the group or xxxxxx being asked to leave. o Possession and use of fireworks, firearms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, and all-terrain vehicles are not permitted, unless approved by camp manager before hand. o Pets are not allowed unless accompanying as a physical necessity. o No one should venture into the area beyond the fences near the creek or onto other properties.  If any of the rules and regulations are broken at any time, Camp Christian reserves the right to cancel any reservations made and/or ask the group to leave the premises, without the possibility of a refund.
Supervision and Conduct. The Renter will be responsible for the supervision and control of its agents, employees, guests and contractors in their activities on Xxxxxx Xxxx’x premises. The Renter’s organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, assume liability for and defend, Xxxxxx Xxxx and its officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of liability, losses, costs and expenses, which in any manner arise or are alleged to have arisen, from the acts, omissions or wrongful conduct of its officers, employees, agents, guests and contractors in connection with their operations, activities, occupancy or use of the theater premises.

Supervision and Conduct. Licensee shall be responsible for full adult supervision by Licensee’s staff member(s), volunteer(s), or designee(s) (collectively, the “Licensee’s Representative”) of all Participants attending the Program, and Licensee shall further be responsible for any damage caused by such Participants. Licensee shall, and shall cause all Participants to, comply with the terms of this Agreement, all rules, regulations and policies of the Town, and all directives of Town personnel. The Town reserves the right to eject or cause to be ejected from its property any Participant who does not so comply. All property and effects of Licensee or Participants which may be on the Facilities during the Event Date(s) shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Licensee. Licensee shall promptly remove such property and effects upon termination of the Program. At least seven (7) business days before the Start Date, the Licensee shall provide the Town with the name(s), email address(es) and cell phone number(s) of the Licensee’s Representative(s) who will be present at the Facilities on the Event Date(s) and responsible for the supervision of the Program.
