Adult Supervision. Youth functions must be attended by an approved number of adults. The sponsoring group of all large parties must coordinate with the Mayor to assure proper supervision, which may include security. Participants must confine their activities to the facilities reserved.
Adult Supervision. User must designate representative adult(s) to be present during any and all practices and/or games for groups under the age of eighteen (18).

Adult Supervision. If the Licensed Property is to be used by minors, Grantee shall provide appropriate adult supervision during their use of the Licensed Property, and such adult(s) shall cooperate with Grantor’s employees and other personnel necessary to conduct Grantee’s activity.

The Licensee, or the Licensee’s authorized agent if the Licensee is not an individual, must be 19 years of age or older and must remain in attendance at Rented Facility on the Rental Date and for the duration of the Rental Period. The Licensee must ensure reasonable adult supervision is provided at all times during the Rental Period.
Adult Supervision. Children are not to be left unsupervised at any time. Centenary State High School has an expectation that children, in all facilities at the school, including the school grounds, will be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 years of age at all times.
