Sick Days and Personal Days. The Executive shall be entitled to sick and personal days off in accordance with the Company’s usual policies as set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook as in effect on the Effective Date, as the same may be amended from time to time.

If in the event the average number of sick days taken by members of the bargaining unit exceeds three days annually, the Township reserves the right to reduce sick days to three (3) days per calendar year.

(a) A temporary employee, who has been employed for a minimum of six (6) continuous months shall be entitled to two (2) paid sick leave credits plus two (2) paid personal days effective on the first day of the seventh (7th) month of employment.
