At least 1 year of employment ten (10) days 5 years or more of employment fifteen (15) days 10 years of employment twenty (20) days Plus one Personal Day per year Sick Days: One day per Year.
A full-time employee who is ineligible for either of the above, may borrow against a future Annual Leave Day and/or future Personal Day that would normally accrue to him/her within a ninety (90) day period of time.
