SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement. We may, from time to time, increase or decrease the service charges for The Services and provide notice of such changes by sending a notice to Your Contact Info, by posting notice at Our premises or on the Financial Institution’s website, by personal delivery, or by any other means We, acting reasonably, consider appropriate to bring the change to Your attention. Current service charges for The Services may be obtained by contacting Us or through the Financial Institution’s website. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.

SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES a) The Depositor acknowledges receipt of a schedule of the Financial Institution’s charges for the Account in effect at the time of acceptance of this Account Contract. By requesting the Account, the Depositor acknowledges their agreement to pay all applicable fees and service charges incurred in connection with the Account. SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. We charge service charges or fees for providing paper statements and notices, as well as outgoing wire transfers, as set forth in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to change any fee, to delete existing fees and to add new fees. You will receive notice of a change in fees in our discretion and as required by applicable laws and regulations. If you withdraw the principal balance from your TD Account prior to maturity, except in limited situations, you will be charged an early withdrawal penalty. External banks or third parties may charge you fees, for example, if you initiate a wire transfer from your external account to your Account at the Bank or if a transfer from your external account to your Account at the Bank causes your external account to become overdrawn. We are not responsible for fees imposed in connection with your external accounts.
SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. You will be assessed a service charge on every check you deposit that is returned because of insufficient funds, or because the person who wrote the check ordered the payment to be stopped. We will mail the returned check to you with notification that your account has been debited for the amount of the returned check. The amounts of charges are set forth in our Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. We also have the right to charge the account in the amounts and for the services listed in the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. For example, but without limitation, we may charge you whenever (a) your account falls below our minimum balance requirements; (b) an item previously credited to the account is returned to us for any reason; or (c) you make a withdrawal against uncollected or insufficient funds. We have the right to increase or decrease the amount of any service charge by changing the rates listed in the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. Charges for Bill Payment are $2.95 per month. Customer will also be charged $0.40 for every authorized payment exceeding 10 during the month. These charges will be automatically debited from the account designated. Customer agrees to pay the Bank the fees and charges for the service provided. The Bank may change the fees and charges by giving the Customer thirty (30) days written notice of the changes. If the Customer objects to the changes, the Customer may terminate the services prior to the effective date of the changes.
