Common use of SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES Clause in Contracts

SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. a) The Depositor acknowledges receipt of a schedule of the Financial Institution’s charges for the Account in effect at the time of acceptance of this Account Contract. By requesting the Account, the Depositor acknowledges their agreement to pay all applicable fees and service charges incurred in connection with the Account. The Financial Institution can deduct such fees and service charges from the Account (or other accounts of the Depositor with the Financial Institution) when a service is requested or performed, or as such fees and service charges otherwise become due.
