Applicable Laws and Regulations. All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.
Applicable Laws and Regulations. All transactions in the Customer Account will be subject to federal securities laws and regulations, the applicable laws and regulations of any state or jurisdiction in which the Broker is registered, the rules of any applicable self-regulatory organization of which the Broker is a member and the rules, regulations, customs and usages of the exchange or market, and its clearing house, if any, where the transactions are executed. In no event will the Broker be obligated to effect any transaction it believes would violate any federal or state law, rule or regulation or the rules or regulations of any regulatory or self-regulatory organization.
Applicable Laws and Regulations. The Contractor shall comply with all laws, rules, codes, ordinances, and licensing requirements that are applicable to the conduct of its business, including those of Federal, State, and local agencies having jurisdiction and authority. For example, chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and rule 60A, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), govern the Contract. The Contractor shall comply with Section 274 A of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all prohibitions against discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, creed, national origin, handicap, marital status, or veteran’s status. Violation of any laws, rules, codes, ordinances, or licensing requirements shall be grounds for Contract termination or nonrenewal of the Contract.
Applicable Laws and Regulations the set of laws, decrees, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, normative instructions, or any other regulatory acts that are or may be applicable to the Parties and other signatories or to the activities of Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas, as well as to decommissioning of the facilities.
Applicable Laws and Regulations a) This Agreement is in accord with and pursuant to the California Affordable Care Act, Section 100500 et seq., Title 22 of the California Government Code (Chapter 655, Statues of 2010 and Chapter 659, Statutes of 2010) and the implementing regulations, Title 10, Chapter 12 of the California Code of Regulations, § 6400 et seq., as enacted or as modified during the course of this Agreement. This Agreement is also in accord with and pursuant to the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its implementing Federal regulations, as enacted or modified during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to standards for QHP certification set forth at 45 C.F.R. Part 156 et seq. (Subpart C: Qualified Health Plan Minimum Certification Standards).
Applicable Laws and Regulations a. The contract shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Missouri (state). The contractor shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the performance of the contract to the extent that the same may be applicable.

For work done in Nebraska in the performance of the Contract, the Contractor shall maintain fair labor standards and comply with all laws and regulations enacted and promulgated by the United States, the state of Nebraska, or any political subdivision thereof which govern the conduct of the Contractor during the performance of its obligations under this Contract, and they shall be deemed to be included in this Contract as though written out in full in this Contract. Specifically included in the laws to which Contractor shall comply, are: (1) Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act, §§ 48-101 to 48-1,110, R.R.S. 1943; (2) Employment Regulations, Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx 0, X.X.X. 0000; (3) Child Labor, Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx 0, X.X.X. 0000; (4) Health and Safety Regulations, Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx 0, X.X.X. 0000; (5) Employment Security Law, §§ 48-601 to 48-671 R.R.S. 1943; (6) Act Prohibiting Unjust Discrimination in Employment Because of Age, §§ 48-1001 to 48-1009, R.R.S. 1943; (7) Wage and Hour Act, §§ 48-1201 to 48-1209, R.R.S. 1943; (8) Nebraska Wage Payment and Collection Act (9) 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.4(a); 41 C.F.R. § 60-300.5(a) and 41 C.F.R. § 60-741.5(a) (This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 C.F.R. § 60- 1.4(a); 41 C.F.R. § 60-300.5(a) and 41 C.F.R. § 60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
