Right to Have a Xxxxxxx a) Where the Employer intends to discipline an employee the Employer shall inform the employee of the purpose, date and time of the meeting and her right to union representation. The employee shall receive the notice in writing at the beginning of the meeting.

Such Representative shall have access to the Employer's premises at a location and time mutually agreed upon, in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement

The member will be given sufficient time to arrange union representation and if necessary to schedule at a later date.
