Meeting with the Employer. The Employer agrees that one Union representative and the grievor may attend a grievance meeting with the Employer without suffering a loss of pay. Any member of the paid staff of the Union may attend a grievance meeting.
Meeting with the Employer. 8. 2, 1 An employee shall have the r ight to have a Union Representative present at any discussion with Management, including all disciplinary and discharge procedures. In addition, Management agrees to notify the employee in advance of any interview for disciplinary purposes to allow for the presence of a Shop Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx shall have the right to have a Union Representative present at any discussion with Management. There shall be no undue disruption of work.
Meeting with the Employer. 14.01 Matters other than those covered by this Agreement that are of mutual concern to both parties, shall be discussed at regular Labour/Management meetings. Either party may introduce matters of concern in advance to be included in the agenda of the staff meeting. The agenda will be exchanged seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the meeting. The minutes, once approved by both parties, will be posted. Labour Management meetings shall be held a minimum of quarterly and the Union Representative may attend any and all meetings. The Union Representative may be forwarded by the union stewards the agenda of such meeting in advance and shall be forwarded the minutes of all Labour Management meetings. The Union Representative may also add agenda items as required.
Meeting with the Employer. 12.01 At the request of either the Employer or the Union Representative of the Local Union, meetings may be arranged for the discussion of matters of mutual interest (other than grievances). The party requesting such meeting shall, when making the request, forward an agenda of the matters to be discussed at least seventy-two (72) hours before the date of the meeting or as otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.
Meeting with the Employer. Each year, the Employer and the CUPE 4943 Executive shall organize a meeting wherein the President or the Operations Commissioner and a CUPE 4943 Executive member shall give a joint presentation to all employees on the operation of the Collective Agreement.

Meeting with the Employer. 11.01 For any discussion that Management has with an employee that will become part of the employee’s file, or has the potential to directly lead to discipline, the Employee will be given the option to have a Union representative present and sign that they are aware of the discussion when it is put in the employee’s file.
Meeting with the Employer. When the Employer wishes to discuss unsatisfactory work habits with an employee, the employee, upon request, may be accompanied by a Xxxxxxx or Union representative.
