Outside Advertising. The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.
Outside Advertising. Where the Employer determines that there are no qualified employee applicants, the Employer may fill the vacancy by any other recruitment and selection process.
Outside Advertising. 4.6.1 The employer may elect to advertise outside simultaneously with the internal posting of positions.
Outside Advertising. In cases where the Employer chooses to simultaneously advertise and post a vacancy, the Employer will review the decision with the Union prior to the selection being made. If there is no successful applicant from within the bargaining unit, the Employer may fill the position from outside the bargaining unit.
Outside Advertising. Outside advertising will only take place after it is determined that there are no in-house qualified applicants who have applied within the fifteen (15) day in-house procedure. No outside applicants will be interviewed until applications of present employees have been considered and it has been established that no internal applicant is qualified for the position. Upon mutual agreement between the parties the Employer may simultaneously post positions within the unit and outside the bargaining unit.
Outside Advertising. In order to facilitate filling vacancies as quickly as possible, and where mutually agreed upon, outside advertising may take place at the same time job positions are posted as outlined in Article 15.01, but no application received as a result of such outside advertising shall be considered until the applications of present bargaining unit members have been fully processed.

Outside Advertising. Vacancies may be advertised externally at the same time as internally. Subject to Article 25.4(b), an internal applicant (as defined in Article 25.4) with sufficient qualifications shall be awarded the position.
Outside Advertising. The Employer may advertise externally for new employees at the same time as a vacancy is posted. Even though interviews of external applicants may occur at the same time as interviews of internal applicants, external applicants shall not otherwise be considered until the applications of internal applicants have been fully processed.
Outside Advertising. Outside advertising may occur concurrently with internal posting. However, present employees will have first opportunity to fill vacant positions before outside applicants are considered.
