Financing Agreement definition

Financing Agreement means any lease purchase agreement, installment sale agreement, loan agreement, line of credit or other agreement of the department or, with the approval of the director, and any agency, to finance the improvement, use or acquisition of real or personal property that is or will be owned or operated by one or more agencies of the State, the department or any agency, or to refinance previously executed financing agreements including certificates of participation relating thereto. The School shall not act as a guarantor of any such financing agreement.
Financing Agreement means each of the Participation Agreements and the Note Purchase Agreement.
Financing Agreement means agreements for financing the Facility or any portion of the Facility.

Financing Agreement means each financing agreement covering Financed Items, other than a CSA, a Secured Note, a Lease or an IPA.
Financing Agreement means any long-term agreement, lease, installment purchase contract or hire purchase agreement under which the Municipality undertakes to pay the capital cost of property, plant or equipment over a period of time;
Financing Agreement means any agreement entered into between the authority and an eligible entity pertaining to a loan or other financial assistance.
