Remote Locations. Lessee shall pay the cost of hangaring the Aircraft at remote locations during any Lease Periods hereunder.

A range of socio‑economic and geographic factors are taken into consideration in determining the remote status of a work centre including: distance from a large town; degree of isolation or distance from shops and services; requirements for additional cost of living; hardships including impact on spouse and children; availability of standard community facilities e.g. churches, cultural pursuits, recreational; availability of medical facilities; involvement of family members in delivering Departmental services; and prior demonstrated difficulty in attracting Employees to the location. Remote Locations. 9 Where the application of provisions such as those in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of 10 this Article 3 are not permitted by state law at a Primary Location, it shall 11 not apply to Remote Locations identified with the Primary Location.
Remote Locations. 10.1 Where the Equipment is at any time hired by the Customer in a remote location, the Customer will may be required to pay an additional charge for any delivery, servicing and repair of the equipment, and for any other attendance at the Remote Area by OEM GROUP (‘Remote Area Charges’). The Remote Area Charges will be calculated on a per kilometer rate travelled by OEM GROUP staff to and from the Remote Area, plus labour costs per staff member per hour (including travelling times) at scheduled rates, plus direct travelling cost including all airfares and accommodation charges incurred by OEM GROUP and its staff in connection with travel to and from the area.
Remote Locations. 37.1 Shell Logistics may offer additional entitlements to employees working in locations considered by Shell Logistics to be very remote in order to attract and retain suitably qualified employees.

For a mission flying into a remote location where ground handling equipment is not available, the mission may be analyzed to compare the cost of a U.S. Flag carrier landing at another nearby airfield which has ground handling equipment and trucking the cargo to the remote location or purchasing an aircraft equipped with a crane and/or mechanized loading system (i.e. AN-124) and flying directly into the remote location.
