Community Facilities. The two parties of this Agreement have an agreement in principle that certain rates and privileges will be made available to employees. The terms of this clause will be determined by the Labour Management Committee.

Employees and retired employees shall be allowed the use of University facilities such as the swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling alley etc., during hours scheduled for such purposes or public hours at the same rates as apply to Faculty or for free as required by the University.

They are generally already being used to capacity, or will be used to capacity as proposed development outside of the Growth Centre boundaries occurs. There is no spare capacity in local level facilities that may be utilised by the population of the Precincts. ▪ In particular, there is no available capacity in local childcare centres or pre-schools, and very little spare capacity in other family support and children’s services.38 Section 94 contributions plans currently applying to land in Camden specifically exclude reference to the community facilities needs generated by the Growth Centre precincts, including Xxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxx Road. New residential development is expected to occur in the Xxxx Xxxx Precinct in the future, resulting in additional demands for community facilities. The assessment of facility needs identified that the Council will need to facilitate the provision of a range of community facilities to meet the expected development, including: ▪ child care centres and facilities; ▪ multi-purpose community centres; and

Community Facilities. This Amended Agreement provides for the construction or provision of a range of community facilities, which will be incorporated into The Resort and Resort Community including a new fire station site; a public golf course; an amphitheater; a pedestrian-scale "base village" providing shopping opportunities and a venue for cultural events; improvements to the Hxxxxxx 000 Xxxxxxxx; an innovative internal circulation system built around a "people mover" system; support for a regional transit system; construction and operation of diverse convention facilities that will accommodate large conferences and local meetings and events; and dedication of a public use trail easement and construction of trail linkages to the Great Western and Millennium Trails.

An inventory and analysis will be undertaken of community service and infrastructure providers and owners, including Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation, Downtown Management Corporation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Downers Grove Park District, District 48 Schools, District 99 Schools, Downers Grove Public Library, and more. Facilities will be evaluated with respect to age, condition, capacity, and the need for future improvement. The Consultant will prepare a facilities survey questionnaire to be sent to all service and facility providers within the community. The Consultant will use the results of the survey, together with fieldwork and other research, to prepare a report detailing and mapping existing community facilitie s.
Community Facilities. Except as may otherwise be agreed-upon by the Parties, a proposal for which Community Facility Obligations (as set forth in Exhibit H to the DDA) will be met within that Major Phase and related Sub-Phases, and a preliminary budget for the cost of each such Community Facility Obligation, as more particular described in Section 13.3.3 of the DDA.
