Community Facilities. The two parties of this Agreement have an agreement in principle that certain rates and privileges will be made available to employees. The terms of this clause will be determined by the Labour Management Committee.

The requirements for community facilities as a result of the expected development of the Xxxx Xxxx Precinct are documented in the assessments prepared by Elton Consulting and Tangent Leisure Consultants.35 36 37 The assessment of existing community facilities and services currently provided in the wider area identified, among other things: ▪ Local level facilities have been provided in adjoining areas to meet the needs of their local neighbourhood catchments, and have a local focus which does not extend to the Precincts. They are generally already being used to capacity, or will be used to capacity as proposed development outside of the Growth Centre boundaries occurs.
