UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS. 10.1 Prior to the Contractor commencing the Works the Client must advise the Contractor of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly mark the same. The underground mains and services the Client must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on the site. 10.2 Whilst the Contractor will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify the Contractor in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 10.1.

The underground mains & services the Client must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on Worksite. 13.2 Whilst Xxxx Electrical will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify Xxxx Electrical in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 13.1.

Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly mark the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes and oil pumping mains. 8.2. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost, and fines because of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS. 12.1 Prior to MSS commencing any work the Customer must advise MSS of the precise location of all underground services on the Worksite and clearly mark the same. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on the Worksite. 12.2 Whilst MSS will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify MSS in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 12.1.

UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS. 11.1 Prior to TRCO commencing any work the Client must advise TRCO of the precise location of all underground services on the Worksite and clearly mark the same. The underground mains and services the Client must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on the Worksite. 11.2 Whilst TRCO will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Client agrees to indemnify TRCO in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 11.1.

UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS. 18.1 Prior to the Company commencing any work the Company may request from the Customer information relating to the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly mark the same. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on site. 18.2 Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all and any liability claims, loss, damage, costs and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 18.1.

The underground mains and services the Client must identify, including but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, and any other services that may be on site. 8.2. Whilst SPS will take care to avoid damage to any underground services, the Client agrees to indemnify SPS in respect to services not precisely located and notified as per clause 8.1.
