Remote Location. If an employee is called on a designated holiday, or on a day of rest, or after leaving the workplace subsequent to a normal workday, and the employee may at the Employer's discretion resolve the issue remotely without returning to the workplace, the employee shall be paid the greater of: (a) one (1) hour's pay at the applicable overtime rate; or (b) the applicable rate of overtime compensation for time worked, provided that the period worked by the employee is not contiguous to the employee's normal hours of work.

In addition to the allowance in clause 10.2 of this Appendix Employees in remote locations may receive a one off attraction payment up to the rate specified in the above table at the commencement of residence at the location. This is an added inducement to attract Employees. The Chief Executive Officer or the Director of the relevant division are to approve one off payments.

Remote Location. ‌ When an employee-owner is required to work at a studio or remote location other than their normal place of employment, they shall be credited with all time consumed in transit between such normal place of employment and any other studio or remote location and return.
