Accommodation charges. If you fail to pay your accommodation charges to us (under a separate accommodation agreement) when they are due, or make payments under an agreed repayment plan, we may apply all or any of these sanctions:

You must pay your amenity charges, and any accommodation charges that are not covered by Housing Benefit, weekly. We will give you a Swipe Card to pay your charges. If you fail to make payment as and when due it is likely that we will evict you.
