Scheduled Rates. Landlord reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice, to periodically reasonably increase or otherwise reasonably adjust the rates charged for Additional Services.
Scheduled Rates. The regular wage rates shown on Schedule A attached hereto shall apply to the various job classifications listed on the schedule and shall be in effect from June 4, 2017 toMay 31, 2020, as set forth in said schedule; and the parties agree that such rates shall be the regular straight time rates used for the computation of straight time and overtime pay except as provided in the following paragraphs.
Scheduled Rates a) Employees shall be advised in writing by the Employer of their rate of pay in Schedule 2, which will be based on the Employee’s classification in Schedule 1.
