Referred Participating Teachers. 11 10.7.1.A A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher who receives an 12 overall rating of unsatisfactory on the final evaluation or an 13 unsatisfactory rating in areas of curriculum or instruction, as 14 provided in the evaluation article of the Agreement, and who is 15 directed to participate in the PAR Program by the District.

Referred Participating Teachers. Documents generated by Consulting Teachers and Panel Members regarding referred Participating Teachers as part of the assistance process set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed personnel records and shall remain confidential to the extent required by law such as subpoena by the Court.
