Referred Participating Teacher definition

Referred Participating Teacher means bargaining unit member with permanent status who receives assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory final evaluation.
Referred Participating Teacher with an overall unsatisfactory evaluation” – a unit 16 member with permanent status who has received an overall unsatisfactory 17 evaluation because his/her evaluator has determined that she/he does not meet two 18 or more of the teaching standards, with at least one (1) or more of those to be 19 among the standards one (1) through five (5) on the performance evaluation.
Referred Participating Teacher means any certificated bargaining unit member who has been referred to the Peer Assistance Program because his/her most recent performance evaluation contained an overall unsatisfactory evaluation in the areas of teaching methods and instruction on the final evaluation form.
