Final Evaluation definition

Final Evaluation. Means Evaluation of the Contractor’s Work upon Final Completion, as described in Part II, Section 19.12.
Final Evaluation means student’s thesis evaluation;
Final Evaluation means the evaluation of packaging that is conducted by an Arthritis Australia Panel;

Examples of Final Evaluation in a sentence

  • The Contractor’s response, if any, will be affixed to the Final Evaluation.

  • In the event the Owner performs a Final Evaluation, the Owner will send a copy of the Final Evaluation to the Contractor not later than sixty (60) calendar days after Final Completion.

  • The Owner may, in its sole discretion, perform Interim Evaluations and/or a Final Evaluation of the Contractor’s performance.

  • The Contractor’s failure to respond may result in the Contractor’s responses to any future procurements in connection with this Project or any other of the Owner’s projects, if any, being reviewed by the Owner without the benefit of the Contractor’s response to such Final Evaluation.

  • The Contractor may respond in writing to the Final Evaluation not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of a copy of the Final Evaluation.


More Definitions of Final Evaluation

Final Evaluation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) of Annex III.
Final Evaluation. A comprehensive evaluation report will be completed by the end of the initiative, consolidating all findings and providing a holistic view of the Early Childhood Education and Care Centre of Excellence's impact.
Final Evaluation means a sum of interim examination(s) and final examination multiplied by the assigned weighted coefficients.
