Joint Panel definition

Joint Panel refers to a panel composed of District and Association members who shall be responsible for selection, training, and assignment of Consulting Teachers.
Joint Panel serves as the governing body of the PAR program.

Joint Panel means a joint panel as set out herein, established to provide advice and recommendations to Council pursuant to the Screening and Hearing Officer By-law, regarding the appointment of Hearing Officers;
