REDUCTION OF SERVICE. The Parties hereby agree that the CONTRACTING PARTIES may reduce one or all of the services constituting this product called "OI COLLECTIONS", rendered by the CONTRACTED PARTY, provided the respective impact thereof does not result in an annual reduction of more than [*****] of the revenues posted over the past 12 (twelve) months by the CONTRACTED PARTY for this product. When such reduction exceeds [*****], the additional amount will be considered as partial rescission, being subject to a rescissory fine in such case equivalent to the amount corresponding to the amount by which the monthly revenues are reduced, multiplied by [*****]. This amount should be calculated without including the [*****] reduction permitted as described above, taking into consideration only the amount exceeding the reduction limit allowed for the CONTRACTING PARTY. The fine should be paid by the CONTRACTING PARTY reducing the services requested from the CONTRACTED PARTY, both adopting this stance and taking the proportional aspects of the revenues into consideration.
