Professional Development Services. Objective - Collaboratively work with Broward County Public Schools to create an implementation plan that will be scalable and sustainable. Additionally, this will create a strategy to support Nearpod beyond the implementation ensuring return on investment with adoption and usage of Nearpod.
Professional Development Services. 1. Provide professional development on topics approved by Central Office for up to four (4) MCPS staff and provide certificates for completed professional development hours a) Maintain an online learning platform for continued reference by MCPS staff b) Provide monthly data reports and access to real-time data and daily reports as requested c) Provide coaching reports for teachers as defined by MCPS
Professional Development Services. If included in the Quote, Edgenuity may also provide Professional Development Services, (“PD Services”) which may include training and instruction to Customer’s instructors and administrators on the implementation and use of the Subscription, curriculum workshops, use of student information to monitor progress, and other related topics as may be specified in the Quote. Customer shall be solely responsible for providing necessary equipment and secure internet access to facilitate the PD Services, and for scheduling the PD Services at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Professional Development Services. Any content provided by Discovery during any Professional Development, including, but not limited to, instructional support and lesson development, in any format (the “PD Content”) is the property of Discovery. Subscriber acknowledges that it does not gain any ownership interest in the PD Content by using the PD Content. In the event that any Professional Development services cannot be provided onsite for any reason that is beyond the control of either party, Discovery reserves the right to provide such services in a remote, virtualenvironment. Upon Subscriber’s written notice to Discovery, Discovery shall record and transmit to Subscriber any virtual professional learning session that Discovery provides to Subscriber pursuant to the Order Form (each, a “Product PD or Hourly PD Session”). Subscriber shall have the right to distribute such Product PD Session recordings on Subscriber’s intranet and/or learning management system only. Subscriber may access and download the PD Session recording for no more than seven (7) days after the PD Session takes place. If requested by Discovery, Subscriber shall promptly delete and remove all records of PD Sessions in its possession.
Professional Development Services. 4.1 Professional Development is delivered remotely via “webinar” or “onsite” at Customer’s facility. Customer will be responsible for providing its own computers and sufficient internet connections for “webinar’ Professional Development. Professional Development Services. During the academic year, NWEA shall provide a total of 4 Professional Learning Workshops (defined in Section B.4.1) for participating School Leaders, Teachers, and Central Services personnel. NWEA and School District shall work together to determine relevant professional development services for School Leaders and Teachers.

Professional Development Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies will provide a combination of onsite and virtual professional development services for the School’s leadership and instructional staff. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies agrees to provide a combination of onsite professional development days with, if applicable, additional, virtual professional development and coaching through online coursework (see Exhibit A.). It is understood and agreed by the parties that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies and its employees are not employees of the School but, rather, are contractors. While the School has the authority to assign tasks to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies as set forth in this agreement, it is understood and agreed by the parties that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies will exercise control over the manner in which it and its employees provide services to the School under the Agreement based upon their experience and expertise. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies shall be responsible for the payment of all taxes including federal, state, and local taxes arising out of its activities under the Agreement including, but not limited to, federal and state income tax, Social Security tax, unemployment insurance taxes and any other taxes or business license fees. By entering into the Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Academies is not precluded nor limited from providing services to any other person or entity.
Professional Development Services i. During the course of the academic year, Teach For America shall provide various professional development services and activities for participating Teachers. These services may include periodic classroom observations by regional program staff, videotaping of instruction with review of instructional technique, co- investigative discussions to facilitate Teacher capacity for self-reflection and evaluation of instructional practice using student achievement data, and content area/grade-level workshops facilitated by veteran teachers. In addition, Teach For America shall facilitate Teacher access to an assortment of resources including sample lesson plans, assessments, grade tracking systems, and content area/grade level instructional materials. These professional development services will be available to all Teachers during their first two years in the classroom. ii. Pursuant to its obligations under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), School District hereby acknowledges that in the course of providing on-going professional development services for the purposes of improving instruction, School District may disclose to Teach For America student identifiable data from individual Teachers, pursuant to 34 CFR §99.31(a)(6)(i)(c). iii. Teach For America shall use and maintain such data as provided in 34 CFR §99.31(a)(6).
