Minimum Pay. The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. If a new hire is put to work and judged by the Employer to be unsatisfactory, that person shall be paid only for the actual time worked.

If a new hire is put to work and judged by the Employer to be unsatisfactory, the new hire shall be paid only for the actual time worked.
Minimum Pay. No deduction shall be made from the pay of any payroll period in which the employee’s net earnings for that payroll period, after other authorized or legally required deductions, are less than the amount of dues to be checked off.
Minimum Pay. Any employee who reports to work as scheduled or is called to work and is subsequently told her services are not required shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours.
