Quality Complaints. New River shall be primarily responsible for handling product quality complaints related to Compound or Collaboration Product. Each Party shall promptly advise the other of any such quality complaints with respect to Compound or Collaboration Product.

Quality Complaints. Within ten (10) days after receiving a complaint regarding the quality of any Product, the Party that received such complaint will provide a copy of such complaint to the other Party. Aphria Diamond, in cooperation with Aphria, will promptly investigate any such complaint and will, as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event within thirty (30) days after receiving such complaint, provide a report to Aphria setting out the findings of such investigation in reasonable detail. Aphria shall be responsible for filing with the Canadian Regulatory Authority any report that may be required in respect of a quality complaint regarding any Product.
Quality Complaints. Product quality complaints received by OMP shall be forwarded upon receipt to a quality assurance representative to be designated by LifeCell. LifeCell retains sole responsibility to investigate these complaints throughout the Term and to provide OMP with a follow-up report and required corrective actions, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice.
Quality Complaints. If Sonova detects defective Products at any production stage, Sonova will provide a written test report to Supplier. Supplier shall immediately acknowledge receipt and take short term corrective action independent of the cause and of the responsibility for the problem. Supplier shall analyze the problem and provide a written report including long term corrective action within 14 days upon receipt of the written report from Sonova and keep Sonova informed of the progress in the meantime.

Quality Complaints. In the event VERIZON determines that Services or Equipment furnished by PHONE 1 hereunder do not perform in a satisfactory manner or is unsatisfactory in other respects, VERIZON shall issue a PHONE 1 Quality Complaint in writing to notify PHONE 1. PHONE 1 shall provide an acknowledgment to VERIZON within ten (10) calendar days of receipt. Within twenty (20) calendar days the PHONE 1 shall provide a final report specifying , as required, the change in process required to address VERIZON's Complaint. The report will include the root cause of the Complaint, condition and a plan for immediate corrective action to correct the Complaint, and a long term plan to ensure continued service quality is provided. Nothing herein shall obviate PHONE 1's obligations under the clause entitled "WARRANTY"

Quality Complaints. In the event GDC determines that GDC Product furnished hereunder does not perform in a satisfactory manner or is unsatisfactory in other respects, GDC shall issue a Quality Complaint in writing to MEG specifying in detail the nature of the defect or problem (the "QC"). MEG shall provide an acknowledgement in writing to GDC within three (3) days of receipt. Within twenty (20) days thereafter, MEG shall provide a comprehensive report to GDC specifying, as required, the change in the manufacturing process required to address the GDC concern in the QC. The report will include, by way of example and not limitation, the root cause of the QC, condition and plan for immediate corrective action to remedy the QC, and a long term plan to ensure that continued quality GDC Products are delivered by MEG.

Quality Complaints. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee may submit quality complaints regarding the Products to Licensor. Licensor must carefully investigate any such complaint, and notify Licensee, within reasonable time, on the results of the investigation and on any corrective or preventive actions taken following the complaint.
