Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
Authorised Representative. 35.1. The Company may in certain cases accept an Authorised Representative on behalf of the Client to place Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to the Client Account or this Agreement, provided the Client notifies the Company in writing of the appointment of an Authorised Representative and this person is approved by the Company fulfilling all of the Company specifications for this.
Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.
Authorised Representative. The Subscriber, at its sole discretion and risk, may share the Subscriber ID with its Authorised Representative. The Authorised Representative must meet the Eligibility Criteria mentioned above in Clause 1. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that by taking any actions or allowing any actions to be taken on behalf of the Subscriber by the Authorised Representative, including without limitation, selecting a Package, accepting the Service and signing the CAF, the Subscriber accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Subscription Contract.
Authorised Representative the persons respectively designated as such by the Local Authority and the Provider who have day to day management of this agreement.
Authorised Representative. Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed under the Agreement by the Beneficiary shall be taken or executed by the Beneficiary’s authorised representative specified in Section 4 of the Specifications.
Authorised Representative. The initial Authorised Representative may be specified in the Additional Conditions. If so specified, such Authorised Representative will at all times act for and on behalf of the Noteholders and may be replaced, subject to the completion by the Issuer, the Swap Counterparty and the other Transaction Counterparties of all relevant KYC Checks and account opening procedures in respect of such replacement, by Extraordinary Resolution or the direction in writing to the Issuer and each Transaction Counterparty of a 100% Noteholder. The identity of the Authorised Representative at any time may be obtained by written request to the Issuer at such time. The Issuer and each Transaction Counterparty shall have no liability to any person for acting on the instructions of any person that they in good faith believe to be the Authorised Representative. If at any time, the Authorised Representative (or any replacement Authorised Representative) ceases to satisfy any of the relevant KYC Requirements of the Issuer, the Swap Counterparty and the other Transaction Counterparties, the appointment of such Authorised Representative shall cease with immediate effect. Notice of any such change in the Authorised Representative will, as soon as reasonably practicable, be given to the Noteholders and the Transaction Counterparties.
Authorised Representative. 16.1 If anything is required to be done, or any document is required to be executed under this Agreement on behalf of the Government, the same may be done or executed by an officer of the Government authorized in writing by the Secretary General of Ministry of Health.
Authorised Representative. The Client agrees to be bound by the instructions issued by its authorized representative, if any, in accordance with the letter authorizing the said representative to deal on its behalf.
Authorised Representative. For each Series the Issuer will notify the Dealer(s) of such Series immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of the Initial Documentation List shall cease to be authorised to take action on behalf of the Issuer or if any additional person shall be so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealer(s) of such Series that such person has been so authorised.
