PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. Student waives all claims against Landlord for personal injury or loss of or damage to clothing, valuables, or other personal property, including money, unless such loss or damage is due to negligence of Landlord. It is recommended that Student carry his/her own renter’s insurance to cover potential personal property losses. Landlord who disposes of personal property belonging to a Student with a current or future housing contract without permission of Student will reimburse Student for fair market value of item(s).

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Board shall reimburse each teacher 8 if either of the following occurs while the teacher is discharging his/her duties in accordance with 9 his/her job description:
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. 6.5.1 The Board agrees to provide each teacher with a designated safe place in the building where personal belongings may be stored by under lock and key. If a teacher's personal property or effects have been stored in the designated safe place and are damaged, destroyed or stolen in the course of employment, and it is proven that the teacher is not negligent, then the Board will reimburse the teacher up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) for such personal property or effects upon proof of the nature and amount of loss satisfactory to the District.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. XX Xxxxx does not guarantee the safety or security of any property belonging to Resident against theft, mysterious disappearances, fire, or any other cause. Resident shall have the responsibility of providing any desired insurance protection covering any such loss, it being understood that the insurance carried by XX Xxxxx does not cover furniture or personal effects belonging to Resident and placed or maintained in the Resident’s room. Resident is encouraged to purchase casualty or renter’s insurance to cover potential damage to or loss of personal property. Resident is advised not to keep any item of value at XX Xxxxx, including cash, check books, or credit cards, and Resident agrees to not keep more than $500 in cash or valuables at XX Xxxxx. Each room is equipped with a personal safe for Resident’s exclusive use. Resident agrees to securely store all valuables, cash and other similar items in the safe at all times, and to safeguard the safe code that Resident self-selects.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. 35-01 If a nurse sustains a loss of at least $100 to personal property owned by such nurse as a result of vandalism or theft while on school property, then the Committee will reimburse the nurse for 50% of the first $200 of such loss unless the first $200 is covered by insurance. In cases involving damage to automobiles, nurses will be reimbursed up to $200. Such reimbursement shall be made only if the Committee (or its designee) determines that the loss occurred on school property and there was no negligence on the part of the nurse.
