Utility Program Management. 1.1. The Utility Coordinator, in association with the County and its Designated Representatives, will be responsible for the Utility Program Management for all assigned County Projects. 1.2. The Utility Coordinator will provide Utility Program Management services during any one, or combination, of the following phases of a project: Planning, Design, and/or Construction.
