Project Systems definition

Project Systems shall include, but not be limited to, software, hardware, cabling and all other items necessary for a computer; Audio/Visual Systems; management systems; front office, back office and accounting management systems; sales and reservations systems; timekeeping and payroll systems; point-of-sale systems, including food, beverage and retail functions; food and beverage inventory systems; engineering software; and word processing and other personal computer applications.

Project Systems. All of the systems and installations in the project that are not specifically attached exclusively to a particular unit or particular units (in part of a building), including main air-conditioning systems and installations, electrical systems, telecommunications, water, electromechanical systems, control/monitoring systems, elevators, lighting systems, and sewage and drainage systems.

  • In accordance with the timeframes set forth in Section 8(b) above, Landlord shall, at Landlord's sole cost, (i) separate the Project Systems (excluding fire system branch lines, fire life safety systems and common HVAC elements) serving the Premises from the remainder of the Project, and (ii) have separate meters or submeters installed for each of the following utilities: electricity, water and natural gas.

  • The Developer shall warrant and guaranty that the Project Systems shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement of the Improvement Assurance warranty period as provided in Section 8(d) herein (the “Warranty Period”).

  • At such time 27 as the Outstanding Balance of the Prepayment Amount that AMP paid to NextEra 28 pursuant to the NextEra PPA is zero dollars ($0) and the debt service on all Bonds has 29 been paid in full, the Energy Charge shall $17.50/MWh for all Energy produced by the 30 Project Systems.

  • The Improvement Assurance shall be in such amount as shall be determined by the District’s Board of Trustees in consultation with the District’s engineer and attorney, subject to the provisions of U.C.A. 17B-1-119 and U.C.A. 10-9a-604.5 which provide that said amount shall not exceed 10% of the lesser of the District engineer’s original estimated cost of completion of the Project Systems or the Developer’s reasonable proven cost of completion.

  • ERP/SAP Business Process Support – The SAP Business Process Support representative, known as the Business Process Expert (BPX), is responsible for the Project Systems Module of SAP.
