Permission to Enter Property. The CLIENT is responsible for ensuring that the INSPECTOR has permission to enter the Inspected Property to perform the home inspection on the date scheduled. The INSPECTOR is not responsible for any disruption in the inspection process caused by construction, renovations, painting, cleaning, or any other activity occurring at the Inspected Property at the time of the inspection.

The undersigned property owner, Southwest Florida Water Management District (undersigned), hereby gives permission to the State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection (Department), and their agents and contractors, and to Hillsborough County Solid Waste Division of the Public Works Department (County), and their agents and contractors to enter the undersigned's property (the property) referred to the Pleasant Grove Landfill located in Hillsborough County. The Pleasant Grove Landfill is a 7-acre parcel within Medard Park, near the intersection of Turkey Creek Road and Xxxxx Road, in the SW ¼ of NW ¼ of Section 25, Township 29 South, Range 21 East.
Permission to Enter Property. Agency shall permit Developer and Developer’s representatives and agents to enter onto the Property commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter (“Due Diligence Period”), for purposes of examining, inspecting and investigating the Property, including any foundations, soil, subsurface soils, drainage, seismic and other geological and topographical matters, location of asbestos, toxic substances, Hazardous Materials, if any, and, at Developer’s sole and absolute discretion, determining whether the Property is acceptable to Developer; provided, however, in no event shall Developer conduct any intrusive testing procedures on the Property without the prior written consent of Agency, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld. Developer and Developer’s representatives and agents shall also be entitled to enter onto the Property to conduct additional examinations and investigations at any time after expiration of the Due Diligence Period and through the Property Closing upon the notification and conditions described below. Developer shall provide to Agency a copy of all reports, studies and test results prepared by Developer’s consultants. Developer shall notify Agency, in writing, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to any entry by Developer or Developer’s representatives on the Property. Agency shall have the right, but not the obligation, to accompany the Developer during such investigations. As a condition of such entry, Developer shall (i) conduct all work or studies in a diligent, expeditious, and safe manner and not allow any dangerous or hazardous conditions to occur on the Property during or after the investigation, (ii) comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations; (iii) keep the Property free and clear of all materialmen’s liens, lis pendens and other liens arising out of the entry and work performed under this paragraph; (iv) maintain or assure maintenance of workers’ compensation insurance (or state approved self-insurance) on all persons entering the property in the amounts required by the State of California; (v) provide to Agency prior to initial entry a certificate of insurance evidencing that Developer and/or the persons entering the Property have procured and have in effect commercial general liability insurance that satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 10.6 hereof. Permission to Enter Property. Owner agrees to give the Architectural Design & Review Committee, HOA Board, and/or Managing Agent express permission to enter the Owner’s property at a reasonable time to inspect the proposed project, project in progress and completed project. Owner must notify ADRC when project is completed and arrange for final inspection which may include taking a picture of the improvement.
