Initial Entry definition

Initial Entry means an individual's first appointment to State service.
Initial Entry. The Commission through the Chief of Police reserves the right to place a newly-hired employee on a salary schedule at a level commensurate to that individual's experience and competence." After such initial placement, the individual shall progress on the salary schedule in accordance with its terms. Said initial placement is not subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures of this contract.
Initial Entry is defined as a student’s first day of attendance at the School participating in the School’s course of instruction.

  • Conduct of instruction shall generally be in support of the Officer Education System (OES), the Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES), Initial Entry Training (IET), and specialized training requirements or to assist in the training of new systems.

  • All additional incremental costs resulting from changes to the MRI Packaging Specifications made at the request of E-Z-EM that are not required to export the Licensed Product to the Initial Entry Point under Applicable Laws shall be borne by E-Z-EM; provided, however, that if it is reasonable for the supplier of the Licensed Product to do such packaging and labeling, Pharmacyclics shall reasonably assist E-Z-EM in obtaining, at E-Z-EM's cost, such packaging and labeling at the lowest possible cost.

  • Initial Entry Fee: In order to compensate the Township for LICENSEE’s initial entry upon and deployment of DAS/Small Cell related Metro Act exempt facilities including antennas, supporting structures for antennas, poles equipment shelters or houses within the Public Rights-of-Way, LICENSEE shall pay to the Township one or more of the following: parties.

  • All MRI Product Units shall be shipped by Pharmacyclics as directed by E-Z-EM to the Initial Entry Point.

  • The Salary Deferral Election must be returned to the Company in advance of the Executive's Initial Entry Date or Entry Date in accordance with such rules and procedures as may be established by the Committee.

  • The system will also store the Pre Book number that was created during the Initial Entry process at Intake.

  • A salary deferral Election filed within 60 days of the Participant's Initial Entry Date shall be effective as soon as administratively feasible following the filing of such salary deferral Election.

  • Initial Entry Fee: In order to compensate the Township for FRANCHISEE’s initial entry upon and deployment of DAS/Small Cell related Metro Act exempt facilities including antennas, supporting structures for antennas, poles equipment shelters or houses within the Public Rights-of-Way, FRANCHISEE shall pay to the Township one or more of the following : $5,000 one time payment.

Related to Initial Entry

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Final Legal Distribution Date means (i) with respect to the Class A Certificates, December 3, 2026, (ii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, December 3, 2022 and (iii) with respect to the Class C Certificates, June 3, 2021.

  • Placed in Service means: 1) for a new or existing building used as residential rental property, the date on which the building is ready and available for its specifically assigned function (i.e. the date on which the first Unit in the building is certified as being suitable for occupancy in accordance with state or local law); and 2) with respect to rehabilitation expenditures that are treated as a separate new building, those buildings are placed in service at the close of any twenty-four (24) month period over which the expenditures are aggregated.

  • Plan Entry Date means the Effective Date and: (Choose (d), (e) or (f))

  • Initial Effective Date means the date that the Initial Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.
