Performance of Professional Services. Upon Microsoft’s acceptance of each Statement of Services and subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Microsoft will perform the Professional Services ordered as provided in this Agreement and the applicable Statement of Services.
Performance of Professional Services. ADVERTISER warrants that the professional services will be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner by appropriately qualified personnel.
Performance of Professional Services. If mutually agreed upon between the parties in an Order Form or Statement of Work, Jitterbit will perform Professional Services as described therein. The provision of Professional Services by Jitterbit is dependent on Client providing: (a) reasonable access to relevant resources; (b) all relevant information; and (c) timely decisions and input in connection with those Professional Services. In the event of any delays in Client’s provision of such assistance, Jitterbit may adjust any agreed timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary.
Performance of Professional Services. The parties may enter into by mutual execution separate Statements of Work for the provision by Cloudnosys of Professional Services to Subscriber (a “SOW”) for the provision by Cloudnosys of any configuration, deployment, guided services, consultation, education or training services provided by Cloudnosys (“Professional Services”) to Subscriber, or Professional Services may be provisioned via reference to service packages in a Schedule. Cloudnosys will provide the Professional Services as set forth in any SOW(s) or Schedule. The fees for such services will be as provided in the SOW or the applicable Schedule. Unless provided otherwise in the SOW or Schedule, fees stated for Professional Services do not include expenses. Subscriber will reimburse Cloudnosys for actual, reasonable travel-related expenses incurred by Cloudnosys while conducting business authorized by Subscriber, including, but not limited to, air and surface transportation, lodging, car rental, and meals. Such travel expenses will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Either party may propose changes in the Professional Services to be performed under a SOW or Schedule. Any such change in the Professional Services to be provided under any SOW or Schedule must be agreed to in writing by the parties.
Performance of Professional Services. 2.1. Cyberbit will perform the Professional Services and deliver the Software and/or Material specified as deliverables in the applicable SOW (the “Deliverables”) in accordance with the requirements in the SOW, or if no SOW is executed, then in the applicable Purchase Order and its attachments.
Performance of Professional Services. Jitterbit will perform Professional Services as mutually agreed by the parties in an executed Order Form or SOW. In the event of any delays in Customer’s provision of required assistance or resources, Jitterbit may adjust any agreed timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary. Unless otherwise agreed in the Order Form or SOW, unused Professional Service hours will expire (1) year from the relevant purchase date.
Performance of Professional Services. HMI warrants that the professional services will be performed in a workmanlike and professional manner by appropriately qualified personnel.

Contractor shall perform “professional services” (within the meaning of that term as defined in the authority cited in the Legal Authority section) within the scope of the individual’s license, certification, registration or other legal authority, at the locations(s) and in the manner specified in the Program Attachment(s).

Performance of Professional Services. Design-Build Firm has engaged the DPOR and other qualified professionals listed in Design-Build Firm s’ Staffing Plan (Exhibit 5) as required for the performance of the professional design Services required herein. The Design-Build Firm certifies that the DPOR and all other professional consultants have been selected on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications in accordance with Section 2254 of the Texas Government Code.
