Performance criteria – responsibilities/task functions All the items listed below will be subject to an agreed responsibility handover process, or as directed by the Tilt Train Maintenance Manager, Mayne or other responsible manager. These performance criteria have been developed as a mandatory requirement for all CTT employees to undertake as part of this Agreement. It is intended that the employees working under these performance criteria will develop ownership of the maintenance and presentation functions for both the train and the CTT workplace. In order to meet these performance criteria the CTT employees as a team and as individuals must: • Work as a self managed team (that is the day-to-day work organisation) which includes completion of the trip fault sheet and assigning a particular person with the responsibility for each fault • Accept and embrace all facets of the autonomous team concept • Develop roster rules and weekly rosters (e.g. filling of overtime shifts if required, calling employees in to meet business requirements, coverage of illness if required etc) aligned to the business functions for the daily/weekly rosters, for sign off by the Tilt Train Maintenance Manager, Xxxxx • Develop and document depot processes and procedures including facility specific and rollingstock specific processes and procedures • Manage safety including taking responsibility for completion of items identified on monthly safety inspections and any recommendations from accidents • Report and monitor faults via the system including the creation of the notification and work order, completion of the relevant fault code, including a full description of the fault finding process, booking labour to the work order and closing the work order • Correctly complete the handover book thus ensuring clear, concise, complete and correct information is available for the next shift and Tilt Train Maintenance Manager, Xxxxx • Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals (current and new) used on the CTT • Monitor and manage Hazard and Risk Inventory (HARI) for the CTT • Monitor and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the CTT employees • Conduct Risk Assessments in relation to hazardous tasks, chemicals, tasks requiring PPE and new or altered workplace activities • Continue to suggest and be involved in the development of design and process modifications for the Tilt Train/s to improve safety, reliability, presentation and maintainability of the trains • Promptly report (within 1 hour or when physical...

  • Performance Criteria The Performance Criteria are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • PERFORMANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS The Commissioner reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether or not the Product, services, qualifications or facilities offered by the Bidder/Contractor meet the requirements set forth in the Bid Specifications/Contract or as set forth during Contract negotiations. Contractor shall at all times during the Contract term remain responsible and responsive. A Bidder/Contractor must be prepared, if requested by the Commissioner, to present evidence of legal authority to do business in New York State, integrity, experience, ability, prior performance, organizational and financial capacity as well as where applicable, a statement as to supply, plant, machinery and capacity of the manufacturer or source for the production, distribution and servicing of the Product offered/Bid. If the Commissioner determines that the conditions and terms of the Bid Documents, Bid Specifications or Contract are not complied with, or that items, services or Product proposed to be furnished do not meet the specified requirements, or that the legal authority, integrity experience, ability, prior performance, organization and financial capacity or facilities are not satisfactory, the Commissioner may reject such Bid or terminate the Contract.

  • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • Performance Metrics In the event Grantee fails to timely achieve the following performance metrics (the “Performance Metrics”), then in accordance with Section 8.4 below Grantee shall upon written demand by Triumph repay to Triumph all portions of Grant theretofore funded to and received by Grantee:

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Performance Excused The Affected Party, to the extent rendered unable to perform its obligations or part thereof under this Agreement as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event shall be excused from performance of the obligations. Provided that, the excuse from performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably warranted by the Force Majeure Event. Provided further, nothing contained herein shall absolve the Affected Party from any payment obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the underlying Force Majeure Event.
