OTHER EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS. This contract supersedes all previous agreements between the Company and the Employee. As regards employment conditions that are not regulated in this contract the policies of the Company shall apply. 4
OTHER EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS. 13.1 Superannuation is to be provided by the Company to all employees at a rate indicated by legislation and varied from time to time as required by that legislation. The current rate is 9% and is paid into the Australian Super or ASGARD, whichever fund the employee nominates.
